WHAT TO EXPECT AT CHECK IN:

• A welcome email will be sent before your arrival with any instructions and directions.
• Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange.
• The owner may meet or schedule a time to familiarize you with the home upon your arrival.
• Your rental has been professionally cleaned and ready for your arrival.
• You can expect all the comforts of a fine hotel, including towels/linens and a starter kit of basic amenities, soaps, paper products.
• Home has instructional posts throughout the home to assist you in the best care of the home.
• As in any home, respectful conduct for the home and neighbors is required.

Registered guests will agree to the House Rules at the time of booking.

The gourmet kitchen’s cherry-finished cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops exude luxury. Cook your favorite meals or expand your tastes with local Maui favorite of fresh fish, Huli Huli chicken or kalua pork. You can eat in or take your meal to the covered outdoor patio. The kitchen bar and outdoor seating are perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. All your needed amenities are available including oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots pans and cooking utensils.

Large spacious indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy family and friends. You will love the open living area filled with natural light. Comfortable seating areas for both meals and entertainment. Kick back on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite movies, sports and surfing on the 60” Smart TV. Cable, Smart TV, and the Internet is provided. If reading is more your style snuggle up on the lounger and lose yourself in a good book.

This single-level Maui home comfortably sleeps six guests across three private bedrooms. Two bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter kit of bath amenities, towels, and toiletries. The master suite comes furnished with a king bed, Smart TV, and private access to the lanai. In the attached luxury master bathroom, you’ll find a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have one king and one queen bed with access to another luxury bathroom, tiled tub & shower combination.

Three outdoor living areas at this beautifully landscaped home. Off the master bedroom, you can relax or do your morning yoga on the grassy area. Next, to the kitchen, there is an outdoor grilling area for evening meals and covered sitting area to get away. In front of the house, there is a private covered patio with wonderful scenery and views. These outdoor living areas provide opportunities for alone time or fun group times. The lanai provides a peekaboo ocean view and cool Island trades. Relax with your favorite drink on the love seat or enjoy conversation at the large patio table. Enjoy the rich beauty of the outdoors by day, the stargazing by night and breath in the clean coastal air.

The Luxury Home comes with a full-size washer and full-size dryer. Should you have the need to do Laundry and a fresh set of clean cloths the full laundry room is ready for you. We will have a starter kit of laundry soap and dryer sheets ready for your use. A Laundry Sink is also available for any items you may need to soak or hand wash. If you need to press any of your clothing before attending any functions, there is an Ironing Board and Iron available for your use.
